These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the EstiPro Global website and our estimating services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
EstiPro Global provides construction cost estimating, quantity takeoffs, and bid-support services, including color-coded PDF markups, Excel takeoff summaries, scope notes, and clarifications. We act as a remote backup or overflow estimating resource for contractors.
For each project we provide a flat quoted price based on the scope you send. We begin work with no upfront payment and provide preview files for your review. Payment is due once you approve the work. After payment is received, we deliver the full editable Excel and source files.
Quoted prices are based on the documents and scope provided. Significant changes to scope, revised drawings, or additional work may require an updated quote.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate plans and information, and for verifying the final estimate before using it to bid or contract. You confirm that you have the right to share any documents you send us.
We prepare estimates and takeoffs with care based on the documents you provide, and we show our work in the markups so you can verify quantities. However, estimates are projections, not guarantees of final cost. You are responsible for your own bids and business decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EstiPro Global is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected project.
Preview files are provided for review only. Full ownership and use of the deliverables transfer to you upon full payment, at which point we release the source files. Our website content, branding, and templates remain our property.
We treat the plans and project information you send as confidential and use them only to deliver your estimate, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Because we start at zero upfront and you only pay after reviewing a preview, you may decline the work before payment. Once you have approved and paid for a project, the engagement for that project is complete.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
